The financial breakdown of the budget reveals a strategic allocation: 47% has been earmarked for capital projects to drive infrastructural growth, while 53% will cover recurrent expenditure, ensuring the smooth operation of government machinery and public services. Hon. Idowu reiterated his administration’s zero-tolerance policy for wasteful spending, pledging maximum accountability, fiscal transparency, and purposeful leadership in the budget’s implementation.
